"Ability to Listen"
"When looking to buy a home a few months ago, I found myself in a very fast moving process where homes were literally having contracts written on them by the time I could get in touch with a realtor to see them. The whole process was very frightening to do by myself, and I began to wonder if I would ever be able to find a house. I called Gary Miller to show me a house and from then on I felt like I had a friend in the business upon whom I could call to help me find something. We looked at many places and he helped me through all of the questions and concerns of selecting a house. I have the highest regard for his capabilities as a realtor, but even more for his ability to listen to my needs as a home buyer and help me find what I want and at a price I could afford. He worked with the mortgage company, another realtor and me to cause closing on the new house to come the day after the closing on my old house. Everything went like clockwork and it was due to his concern for me as a person, not just another home sale. I highly recommend Gary to anyone wishing to purchase property in our area."

Time to Move >Qualified Movers
Whether you are moving across town or across the country, it is a good idea to shop around for a household mover. Local moving companies have always been very competitive. When interstate movers were more regulated by the Interstate Commerce Commission, they charged basically the same rates. Since that industry has been de-regulated, the rates are varied and even negotiable.
If you are in the market for a mover, get recommendations from friends or neighbors. Call several companies for estimates and ask how their rates are calculated. Find out what kind of insurance against damage or breakage is included in their charges and what additional coverage will cost. The charges are usually broken down into two areas--packing, and loading and unloading. You can sometimes save a considerable amount of money by doing your own packing, but doing so may limit the mover's liability.
